Phoenix is divided into urban villages, and the North Valley we serve is five of them. North Mountain includes Sunnyslope and Moon Valley; Deer Valley includes the Norterra area; Desert View includes Desert Ridge; North Gateway runs north to the Carefree Highway area; and Paradise Valley Village stretches from the Phoenix Mountains to the Central Arizona Project canal. Paradise Valley Village is part of Phoenix and is not the Town of Paradise Valley, though we clean in both. Anthem, New River, and Cave Creek are outside these villages, so send a request and we will confirm whether we can reach you.

Hard water on City of Phoenix supply

Short-term rentals need a city permit
Where the City of Phoenix is the jurisdiction, it has required a short-term rental permit since November 6, 2023: $250 a year per property, liability coverage of at least $500,000, and a notice of intent sent to neighbors and registered associations within 600 feet.
